State Farm is partnering with the America's Promise Alliance (APA), the largest bi-partisan alliance dedicated to the support and development of children, to ensure the personal and educational success of America's youth through the delivery of Five Promises:
Over 125 Alliance partners work jointly for the success of young people, using the Five Promises framework to shape their efforts and improve the odds for youth.
State Farm has committed to sponsoring dropout prevention summits in every U.S. state by the end of 2010. These summits seek to engage students and leaders from communities, faith-based organizations, government and private sectors in combating the high school dropout rate. Together, APA partners are working on high-impact, measurable national action strategies to reach the goal of delivering more of the Five Promises to 15 million disadvantaged children in the next five years.
